Picture Perfect!

And then I sprang and ran and sang.

My feet feel light and springy.

Water-coloured scenery, a treat for my eyes.

Dancing sunflowers in the field.

Azure blue sky overhead

Feather-like clouds filling in the blanks.

Picture perfect memories crowding my head.

I wouldn't have believed you on hearing all that.

So I sprang and ran and sang.

Been chasing this dream of a life since who knows when.

And in this world of orange sunsets and white sand

I lay on dewy grass and devour this moment, as much as I can.

A Day to Remember!

Its 9 pm and the sun is still high

The crowd on the streets never seem to die.

Who would have thought I'd be here one day

Celebrating my birthday at Champs Elysees?

When the strangers would shower

Greetings under a twinkling Eiffel Tower.

Visiting Louvre, climbing bridges,

All the things a girl forever wishes.

All thanks to my parents and my savior

To have blessed me with something

so amazing and memorable.

Totally out of this world!
