Young and restless
I wanted to travel the world.
I couldn't be at one place for long.
I didn't need no support.
I was happy and carefree
And ran away from home.
I knew what i wanted
My dreams too big for one soul.
I found a guy in the office
When i was juggling two different jobs.
I let him put a ring on my finger
Because I knew he was The one.
Had kids, raised pets
Worked hard
Learnt a lot
To make my house a home.
Age passed, years passed
People passed
I didn't have time
For myself, anymore.
As I lie down on my deathbed
I ask myself what leaf I left unturned.
I think too hard before I figure out
I never gave time to love.
the tell-tale!!
